OsideFlavor 2024 Registration
Our 6th Annual OsideFlavor brings together the best of Oceanside’s restaurants, bakeries, and breweries at Goat Hill Park for an evening of fun and entertainment for all! Portions of the proceeds of the event will go toward The Osider Magazine Photography Scholarship Fund. Two hard-working students, from both Oceanside and El Camino High school, will receive a scholarship donation on behalf of The Osider magazine and PierClub. We will also donating to the Oceanside Boardriders Club.
“The Best Flavor Award.” This award will go out to the vendor that gets the most attendee votes for their dish. The winner gets $500.00, a trophy, and bragging rights until next year’s event.
In order to be included in all printed and digital promotions please have registration form returned by August 15th!
REGISTRATION PACKET
WEDNESDAY September 25, 2024
SET UP TIME 3-4:30PM
EVENT TIME 5-9PM
SERVING DETAILS
YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE 600 “TASTE” SIZE PORTIONS FOR ATTENDEES TO SAMPLE.
*We will provide you with one table. You will need to bring everything else, including tablecloths, napkins, plates, serving utensils, forks, and chopsticks, etc.
SET UP INFO
Set up is from 3:00pm-4:30pm. A member of our staff will be out front to show you where your station is. You need to be ready to serve by 4:45pm. Doors open at 5pm.
STAFFING
Each restaurant is allowed 4 people behind your station total. If you need to bring additional staff, you have to pay for them.
VENDOR PARKING
Vendors will be provided with one parking space on site. You may unload in top lot and then re-park in the overflow area. Any extra staff parking will park in overflow lots.
SIGNAGE & DECORATIONS
Please have a sign on your table sharing the name of your dish, a list of ingredients, and description. We also suggest that you dress your table up and represent your business with a great presentation. Make a connection with patrons and get them to the brick and mortar by handing out coupons and information!
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have special needs like access to power, special equipment etc., please let us know ASAP!

BULLET POINT SUMMARY
-No registration fee for this event
- 600 “taste” size portions are required
- 1- 8ft table is provided for you
- Each restaurant is required to provide all tasting utensils, serving platters, napkins, etc. - Special requests such as electricity, etc. may be available. Please let us know ASAP
-Four staff members total are allowed to work your station
- Load In & Set Up starts at 3:30pm. Be ready to serve by 4:45pm.
Event ends at 9pm.
